Prices
We are trying to create a transparent price list with fair prices for everyone. As we all know, free delivery does not exist, so we have decided to show all prices excluding delivery as we have a lot of customers who come to collect from our premises. To make it easier we now have only one flat delivery charge (£35) which applies to all UK Mainland postcodes for any pallet size up to the maximum of 1150kg. All prices include VAT @ 5%.

Mixed pallets
Any of the above products can be combined with each other to form mixed pallets. The total weight must not exceed 1150kg, so we have given all the relevant weights. A few popular combinations have been listed to give you a better idea, but the final combination is up to you, of course. Just add up the weights to make sure that your combination is within the single-pallet limit. Use our order form to arrange a delivery or just to see the total price, which will be calculated for you.

Hardwood Logs
Nets of seasoned Hardwood Logs, guaranteed less than 25% moisture, ready to burn. Each net contains between 10 and 12 logs (about 10kg).

Prices are for collection from Tay Farm and include VAT @ 5%.
To work out the cost for your order just add up the selected quantities and add £35 for delivery if you want to have your goods delivered. Deliveries to ALL UK mainland addresses cost £35.00 per pallet regardless the size.
How to order
- Please read the information about our different products and work out which product or product combination will suit you best. Phone us if you have any questions.
- Add up the quantities of the selected products.
- Please make sure that the total weight does not exceed 1150kg per pallet
- Work out the total cost of your order by adding up the prices per quantity chosen.
- If you would like your order to be delivered please add £35 per pallet for delivery.
- Fill out the order form and we will phone you for payment and to arrange delivery.
- Alternatively you can phone us and we will process your order there and then.
Delivery
All our deliveries, nationwide, are carried out by Dalkeith Distribution, a haulage company from Glasgow connected to a pallet delivering network. Our pallet charge of £35.00 is for a 48 hour (2 working days) delivery. Should you want us to arrange Dalkeith Distribution to arrange the date and time of the delivery with you please add an extra day. We don`t want you or the lorry driver to get frustrated and therefore want to make sure that you are in on the day with an idea of when the lorry will be turning up. Please be aware that the haulage company can only deliver to a hard stand and will leave the pallet there for you. Redelivery as a result of the customer not being in will incur a charge of £30.00.
Payment
You can pay for goods over the phone or at our premises by debit or credit card. For credit card payments we need to charge an extra 2% of the purchase price. We also accept cash. Alternatively you can make payments by direct transfer into our bank account. All goods must be paid for prior to dispatch.
